Business-Initiated Cancellations

  • Low Enrollment
    If a course does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, it may be canceled up to 5 days before the scheduled start date. All participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course date.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, extreme weather), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. Affected participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future course date at no additional charge.

Participant Cancellations

  • Withdrawal Policy: The $100 registration fee is non-refundable after 48 hours of registration. Exceptions may be made on compassionate grounds with a written request submitted at least 5 days before the course start date, allowing for a partial or full refund.
  • To Withdraw: Notify Apex by phone, or by email. Please note that voicemail messages are not considered valid for withdrawal.
  • No-Shows
    Participants who do not attend without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Confirming Your Registration and Course Details

  • Confirmation of Registration: You will receive a Confirmation of Registration shortly after signing up with all the final details, including time, location, and any required items. Please ensure we have a valid email address or daytime phone number on file.
  • Course Confirmation: Once minimum enrollment is met, or about four days before the course start date, you’ll receive a Course Confirmation reminder.
